Community Resource Center Open in Columbia

The Booker Washington Heights Cultural Arts Center is now open! This new resource center offers free space for local small businesses and non-profits to conduct and grow their organizations.  The space is equipped with printers, conference rooms, Wi-Fi, and office cubicle space to support a rotation of about ten (10) local entrepreneurs! MidlandsBiz: Visitors of Columbia Region Reach 15.8 Million

According to Experience Columbia SC, visitation to the Columbia region increased from 15.1 million in 2021 to 15.8 million in 2022.  The 2022 numbers surpass pre-pandemic levels by four (4) percent.  The statistics also show that visitor spending in 2022 increased 12 percent over the previous year to $1.7 billion. generating a total economic impact of $2.6 billion in the Columbia region. Black Enterprise: Tech Company Spends $274 Million With Black Suppliers, Exceeding Its Goal By $24 Million
