The City of Columbia’s Business Licensing Division announces the launch of their new Business Licensing software! Here are some of the high-level improvements that customers and the Business Licensing Division can look forward to beginning during the 2025 renewal season:
- New Online Capabilities for Our Customers
- Enhanced Backend Capabilities for the Business Licensing Team
This new system will go live as of January 21, 2025. Customers can begin renewing their licenses online and in-office for the 2025 license year during the week of January 27, 2025.
