The South Carolina Department of Transportation will be hosting a DBE Outreach Event on August 29 – 30, 2023. The purpose of this meeting is to inform DBEs of numerous subcontractor and vendor opportunities that are available for the most expansive phase of the Carolina Crossroads project!
